These Terms apply to all users, including those who are simply viewing content, registered users, and task providers. By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use our platform, you must:

- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be located in a country subject to US trade sanctions
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Not have previously been suspended or removed from our platform

3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You may not create multiple accounts or use someone else's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Task Completion Rules
When completing tasks on our platform, you agree to:
- Follow all task instructions carefully and completely
- Provide truthful and accurate information when required
- Complete tasks honestly without using automated tools or bots
- Not attempt to cheat, game, or manipulate the task system
- Submit valid proof of completion as required (screenshots, etc.)
- Not share task instructions or solutions with other users
Cheating, using bots, or submitting false information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.
5. Payments and Earnings
Our payment terms are as follows:
- Earnings are credited to your account upon task completion and approval
- Minimum withdrawal amount is $5.00 USD
- Withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours
- Payment methods include PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrency, and M-Pesa
- You are responsible for any transaction fees from payment processors
- You are responsible for reporting earnings to tax authorities
We reserve the right to hold payments for review if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Attempting to cheat or manipulate the platform
- Providing false information
- Inactivity for more than 12 months
Upon termination, any pending withdrawals may be forfeited if termination is due to violation of terms. You may appeal a termination by contacting our support team.

All content on Task Earnings, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Task Earnings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our platform.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
